Registration for participants (seniors and students) includes coffee breaks and lunches at the Congress venue, the mid conference trip (includes lunch) and the welcome cocktail party.
Accompanying persons (registration fee only applies for companions if they come to the coffee breaks and lunches):
- Early registration (until the 15th of April): 100€ + 50€ for the Conference dinner (optional) + 50€ for the mid Conference trip (optional)
- Standard registration (16th of April – 15th of May): 200€ + 50€ for the Conference dinner (optional) + 50€ for the mid Conference trip (optional)

Cost of the optional post-Conference trip will depend on the trip chosen and will be paid directly to the agency organising it. More information soon.
To register for the conference, the total fee must be paid in advance and a proof of payment must be attached at the end of the registration form. Payment must be done in EURO only. Please, confirm that the final quantity is correct according to the information provided here, the date of registration and the activities in which you and your accompanying person (if so) are going to participate.

Registration cancellations after the 16th of May, 2024: no refund will apply.
